One of the things I am most proud of with the release of Love at Sukkot is the chance to work with and highlight small black business owners. The only product in the limited edition box that was not made by black hands is the  Myrtle Bath bombs. And trust that I did everything I could to find a black creator to produce what I needed.

Here is the thing about doing life in covenant with Yah, not everyone is anointed to walk with you.

While I regret that Kristine’s Shower isn’t a black owned business, she was anointed to do with irk with me, and she produced the most incredible bath bombs for this project. Hallelujah! I want to highlight and thank those who were appointed to do this work with me.

Mermaid Noire by Myaa Vu

Myaa Vu bravely answered the call to be a partner with SAR Publishing for this limited release. She stepped out of her comfort zone to produce the Scent of Aukkot candles. And I’m so glad that she did. The candles came out better than imagined so I know the Spirit of Yah was present in their creation. Here’s a little about this brand partner:
